G. Dzhaniyarova graduated from Alma-Ata Art School (painting department). Since 1971, she studied the history of costume in the 18th and 19th centuries and dreamed of becoming a costume designer, and in 1994 she began working with individual orders, paying great attention to concert costumes. Thus, Gulfarida developed costumes for the presentation of the capital of Kazakhstan - Astana (now Nur-Sultan), costumes for little performers of the Republican children's music competition "Onshi Balapan", modeled costumes for Kazakh pop stars - Ye. Shakeyev, R. Stamgaziyev, K. Abdildina, A. Issatayeva, Honored Artists of the Republic of Kazakhstan - B. Samedinova and M. Ilyassova, etc. She took an active part in the celebration of the 150th anniversary of Zhambyl.

Work and cooperation with theaters played an important role in choosing creative guidelines. At M. Auezova Kazakh State Academic Drama Theater for the play “The Last Days of Abylay Khan”, the artist reliably completed sketches of the khan’s costume, corresponding to the ancient costumes of the Kazakh nomadic nobility.

An important place in the work of G. Dzhaniyarova is occupied by a series of her paintings executed with vivid artistic expressiveness, demonstrating the diversity of amazing nature.

G. Dzhaniyarova was the first to become a member of the International Association of Doll Authors among Kazakh artists (author’s project “Dolls of Kazakhstan”). She also took an active part in International Doll Exhibitions (the Russian Federation, Moscow).

The artistic basis of this exhibition is a new collection of original works. “One Zone – One Road”.It is the largest project in China and could become the largest global infrastructure project ever. The word “path” is no coincidence, since the concept is being developed under the slogan of the new Silk Road. The program is aimed at developing infrastructure, creating new transport corridors and increasing the capacity of existing projects.

Over the 10 years since the launch of the initiative “One Zone - One Road”, China has signed more than 200 cooperation documents on the joint construction of the “One Zone - One Road” with more than 150 countries and more than 30 international organizations, formed more than 3,000 cooperation projects, created 420 000 jobs for countries along the route, lifted nearly 40 million people out of poverty and created one after another "national landmarks", "people's welfare projects" and "monuments of cooperation".

Kazakhstan has a particularly important status, as it is the first place where the proclamation of the joint construction of the initiative “One Zone – One Road” was launched. The “One Belt – One Road” initiative is deeply integrated with Kazakhstan’s New Economic Policy “Nurly Zhol”. China and Kazakhstan have achieved significant cooperation results in the fields of political coordination, infrastructure connectivity, unhindered trade, free movement of capital and strengthening the closeness between peoples, and have also become a successful model and practical guide for promoting international cooperation within the Initiative “One Zone - One Road”.

The exhibition presents about 80 photographs reflecting the economic and cultural connection between Kazakhstan and China: projects in the energy sector, oil and gas industry, information technology, development of the transport corridor, banking industry, as well as in the field of culture and art.
