05.03.2026 The exhibition “A Palette of Childhood and Spring“

Almaty, March 5, 2026 — The National Central Museum of the Republic of Kazakhstan proudly announces the opening of the exhibition “A Palette of Childhood and Spring,” featuring creative works by the ArtUm children’s studio. The opening ceremony will take place at 3:00 PM.

ArtUm Children’s Art Studio Exhibition Recognized as the “Best Enterprise of Kazakhstan” in 2024, the ArtUm studio has been nurturing the creative potential of children and teens for over 13 years. Guided by Anara Nuranova, a member of the “Tumar-Art” Union of Artist-Educators, the studio blends classical foundations with modern techniques, giving young artists the freedom to experiment with form, color, and medium.

About the Collection – This exhibition brings together works that capture a child’s unique perspective, spring inspiration, and inner world. Through painting and graphics, these young creators explore themes of beauty, imagination, and emotion. The sheer variety of materials and styles ensures that every piece is one-of-a-kind. There is a raw sincerity in their vision that fills each canvas with warmth, joy, and a sense of wonder, inviting the viewer into the vivid world of youth creativity.

The goal of this exhibition is to celebrate and promote youth art, fostering aesthetic taste and creative thinking in the next generation. We aim to inspire a lifelong passion for visual arts as a way to understand the world and express one’s true self.

Highlights The showcase features 40 original works that highlight: National Heritage: Rich cultural motifs and Kazakh identity. Imagery: Graceful female portraits and natural landscapes. Fantasy: Limitless imagination brought to life. Each piece is crafted using diverse artistic techniques, showcasing the versatility and talent of ArtUm’s students.

The exhibition will run until March 17, 2026.
