On February 28, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., the Central State Museum of the Republic of Kazakhstan will hold a cultural and educational event “Rakhmet Sagan, Kazakhstanym!” dedicated to March 1, the Day of Gratitude in Kazakhstan.
The Day of Gratitude is a low bow to the blessed Kazakh land and people, who have received brotherly and given care and hospitality to millions of people of different ethnic groups who have come to Kazakhstan. Today, all of us, people of all nationalities, are united by one of the important concepts “We are the people of Kazakhstan.” We are proud that Kazakhstan is called a territory of friendship and dialogue for people of different nationalities.
The event will be attended by representatives of the Almaty Korean National Center, the Almaty Cultural and Ethnic Society of Germans “Vozrozhdenie”, the Worvarts Club of German Youth. On this day, an exhibition “Products of traditional creativity and culture of ethnic Germans” will be organized, as well as slide presentations “The history of the Germans of Kazakhstan”, “Under the shanyrak of friendship”. The National Choir “Bidangil” of the Almaty Korean National Cultural Center will perform in the concert program.
